For color, keratin and event styling we take a deposit when you book. It comes off your total and protects the time your stylist sets aside, which for a balayage is three hours.
Yes, up to 24 hours ahead at no cost, from the same booking link. With less notice the deposit isn't refunded, because that slot can't be filled anymore.
You have a 15-minute grace period. After that we adjust the service so the next client isn't kept waiting, or we move it to another day.
Let us know, even last minute. After two no-shows without notice, we ask for a deposit on any service.
For balayage, color correction and keratin, yes. Send us a WhatsApp photo of your hair in natural light and one of what you want. We'll reply the same day with a price and time.
There's metered parking on Miracle Mile and a city garage a block away. Allow five minutes to park.
Of course. If your service is long, it's best they come with another adult: we work with chemicals and hot tools.
